3. Order Confirmation & Deposit
A complete quotation is provided, including visuals, quantities, production costs, and shipping fees. Production begins upon confirmation and deposit.
4. Sample Development
A sample embroidery piece is created for review. Photos or videos are provided to confirm accuracy before proceeding.
5. Production Phase
Bulk production is carried out based on the approved sample, following a controlled timeline to maintain quality and consistency.
6. Quality Assurance
All items undergo inspection to ensure they meet established quality standards before dispatch.
7. Delivery & Review
Orders are shipped according to the agreed plan. Feedback is welcomed to continuously improve future collaborations.
